I love this place, but I feel it has degraded. My experience today made it hard to want to come back. When we got there we had to ask to be served because no one was coming to help us, and we had to ask for water three times before we got it. Came in for lunch at 11:45. There were two other tables of customers eating when we arrived. We were seated and given a menu. We ordered water to drink; it came with no ice and tasted like tap water.We sat waiting for someone to take our order for over 15 minutes. The waitress seated another table in that time, looked us directly in the eye and walked away without taking our order.After 20 minutes we walked out and went to Sokols, next door.
