I received a email from Dickeys to let us know they were having a veterans day special. For active and retired military with proof of service the veteran would receive a pork sandwich for free. When we went to pick up my husband's sandwich he was informed they were not honoring veterans free sandwich. WTF? I got a email from the Apple Valley location stating that they were? Seriously? How rude.

It was my friends Birthday today, She wanted to go to Dickeys BBQ in Apple Valley, I had never been there before, and it sounded like a great idea, I love BBQ. We walked in and had 3 guests in front of us. We looked over the wall menu and waited 25 minutes for her to take our order. After ordering we moved to the other side of the counter and waited another 15 to cash out and get or food, The 2 girls working did have on masks however they wore them below there chin, why even have them on? Not to mention they were drinking Starbucks as they were preparing our food & did I mention texting someone while I stand waiting... never did the smile or try to have any kind of small talk as we waited a total of 40 minutes, We finally get our food for a total of $63.84 go to our table and it's cold. I had the brisket at that was frozen in the middle, The pulled pork was cold and I never tried the 2 pink ribs, however...
