1st time here at it was good. Just got a pulled pork sandwich and the guys gave me a free cup for my 1st time here. 5 stars from me. Nice crew

I ordered online at around 8:00. The order was confirmed immediately, and I knew they were open til 9 pm. At 8:28 they canceled my order without warning or explanation. I'm not sure what happened, but it was highly unprofessional. Overall, my previous experiences have been this: decent food, but definitely better places around here.

I was craving Barbecue today, so I pulled up Door Dash and found Dickey's Barbecue Pit on Wyoming, which I had never tried before. I ordered the 3 Meat Plate and a Yellow Cup drink. Ordering was easy and while waiting for delivery, I went out to walk my dog. While walking, a nice guy from Dickey's called and apologized that they ran out of one of my items and recommended something in its place. He was super cool and I told him to go ahead and substitute with what he recommended. He was very apologetic and I told him not to worry - it was all good. He ended the call by saying he appreciated my business. About 20 minutes later, Door Dash showed up with my order, which was a lot faster than I expected. The driver was super friendly and thanked me for my order. I went back inside my place and opened the containers of Chopped Beef Brisket, Jalapeno Sausage, Turkey, Mac & Cheese, Potato Salad, a Roll and a Coke with some spicy Barbecue Sauce. Everything looked and smelled great. The portions were large and everything was DELICIOUS! I actually have a good amount of leftovers for later. ???? I was VERY impressed with everything from Dickey's & Door Dash. Friendly. Fast. Delicious food! I will DEFINITELY order from Dickey's again soon.
