Dickey's is one of my favorate go to places. The brisket, ribs, chicken, etc. All good. I have not had a bad thing there.

Dickey's Barbecue Pit is very underrated, IMHO. We had a great experience with our curbside pickup order. This basically means you go inside to pick up your order. They do not bring it out to you. We found a parking space directly in front of the building, so this was not a problem. It would have been nice if they had run it out to the car, but it was ready to go when they said it would be, so we didn't have to wait inside. We ordered the baby back ribs and beef brisket combo special, which came with a total of 4 small sides. We found the serving sizes to be more than ample. We chose bbq beans, baked potato casserole, green beans and fried okra. We also ordered a slice of pecan pie. Starting with a description of the meat--in a word very good. The beef brisket was melt in your mouth tender and nicely smoked. The bbq sauces on offer were perfectly flavored. (We have found several bbq restaurants with weird tasting sauces that ruin the meat. Not here! I'd buy their sauces to use at home!) The ribs were really good too, except my end piece was a bit hard on the edges bc it was over cooked/a bit charred, but wonderfully flavored and still edible.
