The overall quality of the food was alright, but there were some notable shortcomings I think should be payed attention to.On my first visit here I ordered 1/2 lb. Brisket, 1/2 lb. Pulled pork, and 1/2 rack of ribs. Sides of corn, jalapeno beans, and potato salad.The star of the show was the 1/2 rack of ribs. Very tender and fall off the bone. The original bbq sauce had the perfect amount of tang and spice for my taste. The sides were yummy. My favorite was the jalapeno beans.Unfortunately, the brisket--which is what I most looked forward to--was just awful. Overcooked, dry as leather and salty.
