The dim sum was great! We only tried a couple of items but enjoyed both. The soup dumplings were actually very tasty and probably the best we have had! We also loved the roasted pork buns. Staff was very friendly. Loved the cute cozy atmosphere.

I dine-in here at and/or take out from Dimsum dynasty often. Ytd was my first dine in since the lockdown. As usual I had dim sum. They used to have BOGO 50% on weekdays but now they no longer have this promo which I can totally understand as all restaurants are struggling to stay afloat. I also ordered a chicken pineapple fried rice to take home after my dim sum meal. Because we had always ordered chicken pineapple fried rice and had always enjoyed it, I did not suspect anything amiss with ytd's takeout order. When my son was ready to eat, the fried rice was a complete let down... soggy, pieces of chicken and pineapple are pale, almost white. There was not even garnish. The fried rice looked pale and blah! It is shocking to have a Chinese restaurant in Ridgewood dishing out $13 fried rice that looks more like soggy plain fried rice. Pictures speak a thousand words but we were so disgusted with the order that we tossed it in the garbage without taking pictures of the deplorable dish. With yesterday's experience I leave diners to their individual imagination the next time they plan on dining at Dim Sum Dynasty. I dine-in here at and/or take out from Dimsum dynasty often.
