I order from Dion's several times a month and it's usually very good. The only complaints in the past have been the long line (which is not Dion's fault, I know they're just that good!) or that sometimes when I get there, they haven't even made my order and I've had to wait longer than expected (this doesn't happen so often that I want to stop going).
