this review is about the crowd there and not D5 itself. I don't have any complaint against D5, I cant speak to their food because never had any. Their staff seemed good as well. So I am not gonna give them less stars for now, that might change in future. But The crowd that comes I say is racist, both Blacks and Whites. Yes its idiotic to think for most but both races are apparently racists towards other. I am a brown person and had worst nights of all. While just minding my own business watching game and hanging out on bar, One black guy said with anger to me "look at the balls on this guy" later staring at me while standing next to me. He was with a white woman, just to be clear. Another white guy gave me crooked look because I was standing drinking bear on a common table where he was standing as well and he made it clear that he didn't like that me standing there. Ri...

Service was amazing!! Food was so good! The manager even came out and gave our dogs bandanas! Highly recommend this place!

Cool Carytown bar (formerly 'Martini Kitchen'); nice space, decent drink selection & preparation, good music and chill vibes are what you can expect when making 'District 5' a stop on your bar hopping route lol.Hadn't been in a while so last night was cool, met some new and interesting people. The only thing I don't like is that more people closer to my age (between 35 & 45 yr. olds) don't really hang out here on a Saturday night as far as I can see .Oh well, no big deal as we can't always have it all and I'm ok with that. The people that were there; kept my attention and I enjoyed my night. I can see myself back here again soon as I make my way to continuously explore this side of town. $$
