The bartender adds a service charge to bill before you pay!!!!! So I tipped on top of her already included tip!!! Grrrr didn't realize until I had already paid.

Terrible terrible customer service. Stay well away.  Way overpriced. Had to go up and order our drinks and food at the bar. Had to clean our own table. Small dirty restrooms. Terrible attitudes. And then the add gratuity to the bill. Never again. I hope the tour is better.

This bar is attached to Bill Speidel's Underground Tour.  After you purchase your tickets for the tour, you head to the bar and wait for the tour guide to pick you up.  You can also choose to hang out here, even if you aren't doing the tour (but I don't know why you would want to). It's a full bar and they have typical overpriced bar food.  Four beers on tap and a handful of bottled/canned choices. There was only one bartender tending bar, and when I first walked in, there were only 7 or 8 customers, but the service was downright slow as others have said.  As the time was nearing for the tour begin, there were at least 60 customers in here, and she absolutely could not keep up.  I understand it's near impossible for one bartender to handle 60 people all at once, but the fact that she had trouble juggling the 7 or 8 customers who were there when I arrived says something about her speed. Pints are outrageously priced at $8.25 and she added a $1.98 gratuity on top of that without even asking me.  WTH??? Skip this place folks - just keep on walking by.  If you are doing the tour and have to meet your tour guide here, don't spend any money here, just grab a chair and wait for your guide.
