We used to love Doffers, and would get carry out from them at least once a week. Since the new ownership, we have been back 3 times, hoping they would get back on track. Unfortunately they cannot seem to get it right.Some of the issues for the last three visits: the French fries were wilted (not the crisp goodness we had loved so much); the chicken taco salad had a very small handful (less than 1/8 lb) of unseasoned chicken; one meal was piping hot and the other was cold; the Cuban sandwich had no pickles or mustard (???).It's a shame they have not been able to keep the high standards that we previously enjoyed. It is very unlikely we will give them a fourth chance.

Doffer's Canteen has some amazing people on their staff. They and the ownership really care about your whole experience. The Chicken Taco Salad is one of the very best things I have ever eaten!
