Domino's in Ann Arbor

Such cold and non-caring response when they were 1/2 hr late and the order had not left yet!! Canceled the order and 10 people lost an hour of time.

IF I COULD POST A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD!!! This is a general concern regarding their very slick and tricky marketing ploy of "Delivery Insurance" to provide Domino's Pizza organization with a new revenue stream. I had already considered their "Carryout Insurance" to be ridiculously asinine. But I figured, what the heck if customers wanted to pay for something so BOGUS then so be it. But I draw the line with their new marketing shenanigans. Why should a CUSTOMER pay for a mistake that this organization has made at any time? As a matter of principle and policy, THEY should be responsible for ANY and ALL mistakes made by their establishment and remedy the situation without such insurance. This is one of the most idiotic marketing campaigns that I have ever heard of. SHAME ON THEM for preying on those customers that are not as astute as I am in recognizing their marketing schemes for what they truly are, a marketing RUSE!!!

So, my wife just picked up our pizza and I asked her to get me a side of jalapeños because I don’t like them cooked on the pizza. We the manager told her that they couldn’t sell or give her un-cooked sides. Touching them and giving them to her violates some policy. I have been in the food business for 40 plus years and that is probably the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard!!! Well that’s the last draw with this store. That manager should be ashamed of the way he takes care of his customers. We will no longer be ordering from them. Too bad because we spend plenty of money there.
