Domino's in Ashburn

Sucks I had to give a one star to be able to even post this because they don't even deserve that! This is by far the worse Dominos I have ever ordered from!!!! Not once not even twice but four times they did not bring the sauce I ordered! Also ordered a salad, paid for the salad but no salad was delivered!! Called the store and they are out of salads and the best they can do is refund my card for $6 in 7-10 business days. Wow is all I can say..... how is this place still open?!? You just lost my business Dominos! Not that you care! #customerservicesucks #getacluedominos

I just ordered a pan pizza from Domino's Southern Walk. I was craving pizza. I'm originally from Michigan and I have high expectations for pizza. I used to love ordering from Domino's.  One night in November, I ordered online.  Somehow my order was doubled and I refused the 2nd delivery.  I called the store, and after spending a few minutes explaining the issue, the "manager" on the other line said I would be refunded immediately.  Well, fast forward to early December and I still was not refunded.  Sure, it was only $38, but I was told that I was being refunded.  I called the store again, and once again I spent a few minutes talking to someone who told me they were a manager but only turned out to be a manager in training.  He told me to call back the following day after 9am to speak with a regional manager.  I did not do that, since they messed up, they need to contact me.  Nothing yet.  I even submitted a review to corporate and NO RESPONSE.  I hate to say this but they permanently lost my business.  I know it will not impact any, but their ignorance to resolve this issue is unacceptable.  Luckily, there are plenty of other pizza places in my area like Papa Johns, Rubinos and Manhattan Pizzeria.
