Dominos in Albuquerque

Started out fine when they first opened but now their quality has gone down hill and they continue to mess up on orders even when they are redoing them. Idk if the training has gotten so bad there that they don't have competent workers or they just don't care anymore. Seems like it's all ram by 20 year olds that lack the proper training and management skills. , Re-up on last review , same day later in time , had to get a replacement pizza because they messed up, brought it back home went to grab a slice and it falls apart not even a centimeter upon grabbing it. They drenched it in so much sauce and undercooked it. This Corp needs to manage their locations better , it gives the company a bad name , I've never had these issues with the other locations. Like I said before I don't know if they just hand off the keys to some 20 year old that has been working their for his whole time in highschool and not give him the proper training or making sure he can even make it as a manger and train others as well , but this store show poor quality work and service and I hope it shuts down real soon, because they are very sloppy. Like I can understand 1 mess up and fixing the issue but 3 times within 2 weeks is really poor.

On a fairly slow night, I arrived on time in the one of the two "curbside pickup" parking places to pick up my order.  The workers inside looked out at me often, seemingly wondering why I was there.   I thought there might be a phone number on the signs, but there wasn't, so I figured they would just know that I was the only 5:30 pickup and bring it out to me.  After fifteen minutes I decided to go to the door and it said not to enter, but gave a phone number.   Went back to my car and called the number, and listened for three more minutes to the announcement that they had moved to this new location, and the daily specials were X and Y, etc.   As I waited for a chance to talk to someone, two more cars came for their apparent 5:45 appointments but they didn't park in the "curbside pickup" spots.  Perhaps this is the key, because a girl came right out to talk to them (to apparently ask their names).   I called out my name to her.   Right after that she c...

I wish I could put 0 stars because of how crappy the service was. I was rushed off the phone after telling the "manager" how I spent over $80 last week and my entire order was wrong. I repeated my address not 2 times but 4 or 5. I didn't complain about last order because I thought she would be more caring for the paying customer.
