Domino's Pizza in Aberdeen

Wasn't bad here a few months ago but the pandemic may have made it hard to find quality employees. Even so, as a whole, the entire company's standards have decreased over the years. Phones don't get answered, website frequently freezes, simple garden salads aren't kept in stock and employees don't help foster a welcoming environment. I took my business up the street to Papa Johns and didn't regret it.

Not open but it wasn't after hours

Slowest pizza shot ive ever seen. Pizza was supposed to be delivered to car. After sitting 20mims I walked in. Phones ringing like crazy and no one answered them. They worked at their own pace a with was super slow-mo

Rude.. female w all the face piercing had me stand at counter for full 10 min no one else in store except me. No Welcome, will be right with you , nothing finally she came still didn’t greet me & said “ it will be a 30 min wait” as if I were disturbing her…she took my order & went out to smoke… if Pizza Hut had not been closed I would have spent my money elsewhere… train your staff… that’s why chk filet does so well exceptional customer service!!!!Wheres management???

Had to wait 1 1/2 hrs for pizza

They canceled my order without notice and after 3 twenty minute phone calls nobody ever picked up the phone. I will not be ordering from them again

Pizza was dry tasting. Didn't like at all.

Worst Domino’s I’ve been to. I placed a mobile order and came to the store when the tracker said it was ready. It looked like my order was sitting on the counter (it comes in a distinct box) but they insisted it would be another 5 minutes. 20 minutes later they called my name and tried to hand me the box I had been watching closely for 20 minutes. When I protested they insisted the order had been placed 20 minutes ago (It had been at least 40) and the pizza had come out of the oven 7 minutes ago. I would not have minded if they had just admitted what they’d done and apologized instead of being antagonistic.

I understand its a friday but it took 2 hours for our food to arrive and they were missing things. I called, told them what i was missing and I was met with the response of "okay, what do you want me to do about it?" I told them I wanted to items and he said okay, ill get them out there as soon as possible. Well. Its been another 2 hours and now they dont want to answer the phone.

Worst pizza experience yet.  This location's delivery has been getting progressively worse, climbing from 35 minutes to 105 minutes to travel 5 miles.  The customer service is poor and the pizza tonight, though hot for a change, was laden with grease and cheese that had slid off the pie.  Time to frequent another establishment for pizza.

A lot of lazy individuals must work here. The phone is never answered and delivery instructions are rarely followed. They should be ashamed of themselves.

They just tryed to bate and switch me on one of there deals please don't order anything from them they might try it on u here is the pictures I took to show what they did and yes I'm going to sue them for bate and switch

Actually if I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order, got two confirmation emails even though I placed one order. Tried to contact the store and they never answered after several attempts. The online order tracking wouldn’t work either. Over two hours after I placed the order the delivery driver showed up and expected us to pay for the order. I will not be ordering from this location ever again. Non existent customer service.

Online orders were down last night so I called the store only to be left on hold for 15 minutes. Had to go to another store, be a long time before I order from this location again!

Would love to give a better review but this store has a telephone for no reason at all... for 4 weeks now ive been calling to place an order. Last week when i finally placed an order online i waited and waited ... to end up receiving a phone call from an employee stating my money was being returned because it was a saturday night (prime time) and apparently they no longer work many hoursHeres my question... who is ordering pizza at 11am on a tuesday... pizza is a fri/sat thing you watch the game or hang out with friends and order pizza at like 5,6,7 or 8 pm

Same issue as all the other customers who’ve placed orders from this store. I placed an online order and waited two hours for an order that never arrived. When the order never showed up I called the store several times with no answer. I then decided to go to the store location to see what may have happened with my order. To my surprise the store had closed with the workers were all leaving. Including the manager who was leaving out with a pizza in her hand. However they were still unwilling to fill my order despite showing up to complain. Another customer pulled up that had ordered well before me and never received the order. This store truly needs to close its doors permanently rather than operate like this. I used a gift card which was issued to me by the corporate office due to a similar complaint I made regarding the store. Please please you may want to consider ordering from another pizza shop but not any domino’s. I hope this helps. I truly pray this location takes the reviews seriously. Everyone is saying the same thing. My order was never canceled or filled. Bad business. No stars for this store.

Waited 2 hours, food never came, no call, wouldn’t answer the phone

The worst store this franchise has !

Order pizza for worksite at 5:30 pm, by 10:00 pm no pizza, even called place, said it was delivered...this delivery company is bad..order from papa john's, bollies no problem..thought I'd give theses guys some business, guess they not in it to make money....they act like their entitlement to give bad service...close the place or change management.

I ordered today at 140pm via the app. At 212 I was informed my order was on the way. At 245 I checked and the app showed my driver was 7 minutes away. At 3pm I checked and the app showed my driver was still 7 minutes away. At 320 I checked and the app showed my driver was near my house (3 min away). At 330 when I still hadn’t received my order I checked again and the app showed that the driver was back at the store?? So I call and I am left on hold for over 20 minutes and then they inform me that the driver is JUST leaving with my order…over two hours after I placed it and over an hour after the tracker said it left the store. I asked them to cancel it. I called another local pizza place…one of their biggest rivals (you know who I’m talking about. Starts with a p and ends with a t lol)…and my order arrived in 30 minutes. I will never order from this store again.

Horrible customer service!!

Took over an hour to get the pizza.. the driver “arrived” and I still waited 10 minutes for her . The pizza was made completely wrong and the chicken that I ordered looked disgusting! I called and waited on hold for 15 minutes twice and no one answered! Pizza was COMPLETELY RAW!

My goodness can a pizza be more horrible! Maybe because I lived in Europe for 12 yrs but I will never order a dominos again. I grew up on dominos and maybe my taste has matured but when I say the experience was awful, it's an understatement. The service through was too notch so they get one star.

I honestly love domino's pizza, its just so good to me! And this location by my house rules! My order is almost always perfect:)

Great service tonight! The order was correct, the food nice & hot, everything tastes great, and the delivery was prompt w/a friendly driver.

Room temp delivery. Much hotter if you pickup yourself! I must have been a 2nd delivery or 3rd delivery. Not claiming insurance. This is a routine delivery.

Call to complain about the crappy dried up pizza they delivered and I asked for a manager this male person says yeah as if he’s the manager until I started complaining and put the “manager” on the phone. I’ll be calling corporate. And to re deliver was another 45 minutes. Unacceptable.

placed order tonight, was marked delivered 15 minutes ago but they NEVER DELIVERED IT and won't answer phone!!

Don't offer "carside delivery" if you're not going to do it. After following instructions, I checked in upon arrival and then waited 20 minutes for someone to come out. When that never happened, I walked in to pick up my cold dry order sitting there. I'm not the customer who gets mad - I'm simply the one that doesn't come back.

Absolutely disgusting on every level! Chicken wings were nasty like chewing rubber, under cooked, and the chicken had barely any meat on it all fat and by product(surely does not look as pictured). I also ordered 2 pizza's and requested to cook both pizza's till well done. That did not happen! The pizza tasted nasty. Not sure if was the type of cheese they use, that it was under cooked, or it came cold. My overall experience with this particular Domino's was a negative 1.

Well I'd love to comment on their service but the Aberdeen location will not answer the phone. I've called 11 times back to back waited and waited no answer. I had a question about my online order. Everytime I hit place my order it sends me back to the beginning. Just wann know if they got my order or if I'm being charged twice or what. Guess I'll call somewhere that answers and hope I don't get charged. Thanks Dominos.

Domino's has been slacking, it seems to get worse and worse, I can only hope for a turn around or I will just be switching to papa John's! I was highly upset with how my last order experience was.. my pizza's weren't even cut all the way thru I had to cut over it to even pull the slices apart like really, then my other pizza it was cut really raggedy like I can't even explain the nonsense. I was highly disappointed and still wondering how or what was the reason for them rushing and sloppily putting my meal together and then the delivery guy made me feel like he was trying to force a certain amount for the tip smh.

Mediocre, pizza seems to have been cut by a plastic knife, bring back anchovies please.

hit or miss

I've never been a big fan of domino's pizza. I went here because I had a free coupon for them so I decided to give them a chance. The pizza was decent and the stuffed bread was ok but still, not my first choice for pizza.

Fast and friendly. Pizza is always on point! Hot and freshhh. Went in last night, I ordered online and got their 2 Lg 2 topping pizzas for a total of $12.70 (and thats with tax). That will feed me and my family twice and its something good that everyone wants to eat!
