I'm literally writing a review right now because I am waiting on my pizza it's been over 2 hours and I can't even get ahold of the store

Ordered my pizza at 5:15. The app said it would be ready between 5:51 and 6:01 for curbside pickup. I arrived and waited. Went in the store at 6:05 and they had not even started my order. It looked like all orders were behind by an hour or more. This is the second time I've had a similar experience at this store.
