I had to leave one star but would leave zero stars. We ordered online at 7:30 and the tracker said our order would be ready by 7:57. We drove to the location and checked the tracker to see that it was still in “prep” stage. We figured the store may just be a little busy so I decided to wait until 8:05 to call. The girl that answered didn’t give her name and she seemed completely uninterested in helping. I explained my issue and asked if the order went through. She was able to find the order and said “it looks like it is being made right now. Keep in mind, she never left the front counter. She just turned her head and looked toward the prep area. When I asked how long I should expect it to take, she replied with “about 10 minutes, maybe”. So much for the 2 minute guarantee. Papa John’s gets the business now.

Pizza and wings are great but very expensive! The online order process is very difficult to use.
