Domino's Pizza in Pompano Beach

We ordered from this location last night, and really did not have a good experience. Ordering through the app was easy enough, and we DID find a good coupon ($25 for 2 large 2-topping pizzas and our choice of stuffed bread). We ordered a large pepperoni and black olive pizza, a ham and pineapple pizza (pineapple TOTALLY belongs on a pizza!), and stuffed cheesy bread. We also ordered three dipping sauces (garlic, marinara, and habanero mango). Our order showed up in a record amount of time, and our delivery guy was so nice! But that's where the good experience ends.First, when opening the boxes, we noticed that the three dipping sauces we ordered were missing. I was really bummed, because the habanero mango sounded really good! By the time we realized they were missing...

They never give you the dipping sauces you pay for. It’s been months since I last ordered dominos from here and I decided to call them after placing the order just to ask them to please not forget the sauce, immediately someone picked up on the first call and asked if they can place me on hold, I said yes. I was on hold for 15 min before I decided to hang up and call back because it is a really quick thing really. Ended up never getting an answer, have been calling for over 20 minutes, turned into a calling game with them attempting to hang up on me. Kept calling until eventually after 27 calls, someone picked up again asking if they can place me on hold…I politely told them that all I wanted was to make sure my sauces come this time…that was it..the person on the phone helped find my order and stated she would make sure it came with the sauce.
