Very rude driver, couldn’t find my address and kept screaming at the phone that he couldn’t find the elevator, we don’t have elevators where I live and it’s only 2nd floor and he told me to go to the parking lot to get my order, than I told him to cancel and that I was calling the store, less than 1 minute he found like magic my apt and start to scream at me that was not elevators ♀️ His name was Alexander.. My husband need to intervene because he though I was by my self, when he saw my husband he got quiet and walk away…

Took 3 hours to get a pizza delivered, I live 10 minutes away. They told me it was delivered,And that the delivery person confirmed when it never was. Made me feel like they thought I was trying to steal a couple pizzas from them. When it was finally delivered, no sorry or nothing. I had 4 kids to feed...some customer service. Maybe a district Mgr should see what's going on.
