Absolutely horrible. Order a pizza, waited an hour, delivery guy comes into my place, the app says it's delivered, it's not delivered, I call the store and they say it's a glitch. The glitches that your service is horrible. Eat anywhere else.

*****ZERO STARS***** This P.O.S. Domino's Pizza location off of Powerline Rd in Boca [33433] is the ABSOLUTE WORSE PLACE OF BUSINESS I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Last night, I order a pizza via the Domino's Pizza Android App (because of the Pizza Tracker). So, we placed the order and pay with my guest's credit card since he was buying. I receive notifications on my phone when the pizza is being prepared, placed in the oven, quality controlled, and out for delivery. At the "out for delivery" stage, my family is starting to get ready to receive and eat dinner since the Dominos is literally 2 blocks from my place. 10 minutes after that last notification was received, I get another notification stating "Pizza Delivered. We hope you are enjoying the yumminess. Nom Nom Nom" So, we figuring the delivery guy must be downstairs in his car in the process of coming up. 15 minutes go by, no pizza. (Mind you, this was already an hour after we placed the order.) Since there was still no pizza or sign of the Domino's delivery person, I call the store. I am placed on hold for about 4 minutes.
