Placed an order for delivery at 12:10 am on a Friday (they accept orders until 1:00 am). We waited, and waited, but the order was never delivered.Called the next day to ask about it because we couldn't reach anyone Friday night. The person that answered was very rude. He said "[the order] was cancelled." I said "we didn't cancel it?" He replied "we cancelled it. You'll get your money back in 24 hours" then he hung up.

Horrible customer service, the manager just blamed the driver and said corporate doesn't care about them , my pizza was smashed to the top of my box it was left outside even though they now offer for it to be contactless or not and asked for it not to be. I will never order delivery from this place again. I understand that it's covid times but the driver could of buzzed the buzzer and set my food on the bench instead of outside in the cold or waited for me to get to the door as I said I'm on my way and to me that's just lazy.
