Got the wrong pizza delivered. Called to get it replaced, told it would be an additional 45 min wait, it's been 1hr15min, been on hold for 20 min no one will answer. They stole my money, got tipped for nothing, and I have no dinner for my family. Ordered on a weekday at 7pm now 9pm and kids have to go to bed and we have nothing to feed them. Thrieves! Horrible service. Let's go Domino's! Incase you don't know that means F.U.!

I ordered from Domino's Pizza last night on my way home from work and I asked them to make it a little bit late to make sure it was hot and ready when I picked it up. When I got there to pick up my pizza. They asked me what my name was on the order but they never asked me my name when I placed my order. they asked me the number it was under and they never asked me the number when I ordered it. They then pulled up my number to realize it wasn't ready because my order had been cancelled. They said that they had ran out of cheese and cancelled the order but neglected to call me and let me know that my order was canceled or that they had ran out of cheese.
