They dropped my food off at the front desk of the hotel I was staying at instead of bringing it to my room even though it was specified to bring it straight to me. As usual I had already paid delivery fee and a 20% tip and I usually tip again in cash because I know the drivers appreciate cash. When I called to complain the manager tried to use Covid as an excuse for poor customer service I am tired of that excuse. I am triple vaccinated and wear a mask most of the time so I understand the seriousness of Covid...
