This is the second issue we have with this place for the second time in a row. First we got pork on our vegan pizza, and now we got the pizza burned off!!!! Honestly, I don’t know how you did a quality check and let this be delivered !!

ENITRE order canceled due to one ingredient from the pasta dish was not available. Discovered it was canceled after trying to check the status on the delivery so you can understand my frustration since this was almost 20 minutes after the order had been placed. When I called to ask why the order was canceled, staff claimed they called to tell me but I had zero missed calls from them. They offered no resolution, were extremely rude and even hung up. I called back and asked for the manager and she was no better. Again, extremely rude and offered no resolution, no apologies, nothing at all. The least they could have done was fulfill the other items from our order. Now we have to wait 2 days for a refund for an order that never was even completed.We’ve ordered from this store many times in the past but definitely won’t be anymore. Management is rude and doesn’t care about the customer.
