Pizza never arrived phone only sounds busy

The closing manager Ben was extremely unhelpful, unprofessional, and inefficient at his job. I place an order and for an 1 1/2 hours it’s was going through “quality check” when I called “Ben” if that’s even his real name said the order was on its way. After another hour I call back and he instantly placed me on hold for another 10 minutes. I call through my boyfriends phone while still on hold for mine and he tells me that he’s going to get the manager and puts me BACK ON HOLD. After ANOTHER 15 minutes on hold I call AGAIN from my phone and like every time they answer INSTANTANEOUS and now he tells me that they needed to remake my order because I the driver messed up part of my order when on the way. He was trying to push me towards canceling my order to be able to not have to deliver it. I asked to be compensated he declined. At this point he needs to lose his job and I will never order from them again. Save your money and time. So infuriating and we are still without food and starving.

COVID-19 UPDATESince we are on a low-carb/high fat diet, we have a once-per-week "cheat day" and order the thin crust pizza. It is nice to know that this Domino's store is taking special care during home confinement with Covid-19. Every time we have ordered, the driver provides contactless delivery. The driver always has gloves and a face mask. Domino's also has a little carboard stand that they place the pizza on top of to make sure that the boxes don't sit directly on the ground. So, if you like Domino's pizza,, be sure to order from this restaurant. Thanks to the managers/owners for keeping the store opened and making sure everyone is safe - customer and employee alike. :)ORIGINAL REVIEWWe've been customers for 30 years at this store. The pizza is always delivered quickly and is always hot. The delivery people are polite and trustworthy. This store is exemplary for the Dominos brand name!UPDATE 1/17/2020: Just wanted to say that the quality and service continue to be outstanding!
