Horrible… I placed the order and I was waiting for the delivery, I had a free pizza and I order wings, after 10-20 minutes they called me saying that they don’t have delivery available. If there is not delivery available why they offer delivery. They will give me the refund but I wont be able to get the reward that I was already earned

Why can't this place be consistent? The Domino's Pizza on 4223 Beulah Rd North Chesterfield VA 23237 should be able to inform customers prior to them coming to the location that they will not be taking orders in after a certain time. Placed my order online, received a confirmation order in email, then received a phone call from somebody stating they close at 7:30, arrived and was told they canceled my order because they were closing and had already started to shut the kitchen down prior to my order. I understand that due to covid there have been a lot of changes to keep everyone safe. If the closing time of the kitchen/door were stated online or at least a sign on the door saying last orders in by this time, it could have avoided a lot of confusion and misunderstanding. My 5yo had worked with his grandpa to buy me a pizza dinner for my birthday with the money he earned...
