Domino's Pizza in Arcadia

After 7 failed attempts to get more order to go through - I decided to use Pizza Hut instead. However long later a Domino delivery driver brought the order that never went through with your app. When we asked to cancel the order, we were told that we could get a refund but could never order from them again. After debating, I think I would prefer the refund to ever ordering from this branch and maybe your company as a whole. I am disgusted by the manager who also got on the phone and said that because these were items made to order, no refund was allowed unless I wanted to be banned from Domino’s. First of all, for some reason, online ordering for delivery was not available from the Arcadia store. I then tried to call in my order, which took 14 attempts without getting a busy signal. Finally, a person answered saying "Domino's Pizza, please hold", and before I could utter a single word, I was placed on hold and on hold and on hold for exactly 7 minutes, at which time the line went dead.
