Domino's Pizza in Juneau

Update: After numerous times of trying to call the store, someone finally answered, I let them know that a Dr. Pepper was not delivered, and they let me know they would send the driver back out. Driver just arrived with a Coke.Took over an hour to deliver a pizza and 2 orders of wings. Driver did not bring the ordered drinks. The pizza and the wings were cold. I can understand that staffing may be low right now, because it is everywhere, but you can at least give your customers call and make them aware of the obnoxious delay, rather than them just watching the tracker and it showing "quality check" for an hour. Pick up may be better, since it showed on the tracker that they started right when order was placed, but I do not recommend delivery.

Was very disappointed that the "mix n match" coupon deal where u can get 2 or more select items for $5.99 each only applies to the lower 48 domino's! Apparently for us Alaskans its actually $8.99 for each item but does not specify that during your order! I only found that out after calling the valley store to see why my online order wasnt reflecting the coupon offer in my total! Maybe think about adding (UNLESS U LIVE IN ALASKA!) I realize that things cost more due to having to barge everything in but u can at least reflect that in your ad!

Recently the service has been slipping. Wrong items delivered, missing parts of the delivery, 1+ hours taken to correct bad deliveries, but today takes the cake. We scheduled a delivery 2 hours in advance, so that they could have more time to get it right. Simple order, pacific veggie, with garlic sauce instead of regular, add chicken. What was delivered had no veggies at all on it, just cheese, dry chicken, and garlic parm sauce. I do not recommend ordering from ThisDomino's pizza, and double check your order if you do.
