For the second time the status on the App is delivered but was not.

Should be a "0" if I could have selected it. I ordered from the App like I normally do. I was not aware that the Wilson Blvd. Store closed and they are automatically sending the orders automatically to this Domino's Pizza location without any notice to the customer. It took over an hour to deliver the pizza and wings and the delivery person admitted the Wilson Blvd. store closed and they have not updated the App to reflect that and he is receiving many complaints from unhappy customers. After all of this the pizza and the wings were the worst I have had. The wings were not cooked all the way and the pizza was disgusting. How Dominoes Corporate allows an owner to operate in this manner under the Dominoes franchise name is equally disappointing. I called and waited online to speak with the store manager and he admitted that the Wilson Blvd. store closed and they have not updated the app to inform the customers prior to placing the order and offered my a store credit.
