There is no question Domino's Pizza, 1427 Broadway, and specifically Manager Michael Coots, earned all five of the stars noted above. When, after over 30 minutes of wrestling with my telephone and laptop with the simple goal of eating pizza for dinner, I finally gave up and called the store. Due to ordering constraints online vs. via telephone, there was no actual way to achieve the order I wanted. Sensing the building frustration and disappointment in my voice, Manager Michael Coots jumped with both feet and spoke for both Domino's as well as himself when he said "I tell ya, what: I got this one ... on the house; come down in 15 minutes and get your order".Wow ... super-cool, and perfect timing as well. Public shout-out to Mr. Coots and his #aboveandbeyond response to the unique technical difficulties faced that evening.Good pizza. Good people.AGL
