Since they have a 20% coupon - recklessly add a Philly cheesteak, a Chicken Caesar Salad and a 2 liter coke to your large 4 topping thin crust pizza.  Wonder why website shows toppings prefilled that you have to edit out. After double checking order,  bask in thought of gorging on pizza that includes delivery without contact. Then...five minutes later be awakened rudely from your dream of convenience by a phone call from an uncertain, confused worker telling you they are out of green pepper toppings, due to the Covid delayed supply chains, and what do you want to do about it? Ask for a different topping substitute. Get put on hold while they "fix" your order. Feel annoyed they are out of green peppers. You really really wanted the green peppers.  Hang up, then review emailed order receipt and realize what you selected is different from what you thought you selected. For instance, 20 oz coke instead of 2 liter coke. Caesar option missing from Chicken Caesar salad. Pizza topping description wrong after update. Then notice the cc receipt does not include the 20% tip you checked on the website order. Call to ask why and get shouted at, interrupted and accused of inputting order wrong (even though you thought you didn't) by abrupt and hostile female worker.  Get put on hold, wondering why, why this idea of a simple online order has gone so horribly wrong, and hang up. Lose appetite and look at reality of cost -  it's over $54 with a $7.99 delivery fee and $9+ tip.  Decide to cancel.  You have to call to do it. Hear smirking male manage...
