Usually a good deal but was kinda grossed out when I went to pick up order and saw a prep worker touch food WITHOUT gloves........blech.

Zero stars if I could. Most outrageous experience I've ever had. Ordered delivery was surprised when the pizza arrived really quick, we were super excited to dig in but quickly realized the dough was practically raw, we could reshape the pizza and the cheese wasn't even fully melted. We called the store and was told we had to bring the pizza in for us to get new ones. Mind you there was a reason we ordered delivery. When we asked to speak with a supervisor she told us she was going to stay a little late to take care of the situation. When I waited 45min and still hadn't heard from her I called again. She had left work. Was then promised that my pizzas were getting ready to go in the oven and should arrive in another 45 min. No one ever came. We ended up cooking the pizzas in our oven for another 20min and the dough was still not even fully cooked. I called corporate twice to make them aware of the issue and was told this store is a franchise and was promised a call from the franchise office. It has been 4 days and the situation has still not been taken care of. I will never again eat Domino's Pizza. Such a disgrace.
