Domino's Pizza in Houston

Great service and quality every time.

I ordered pizza on Christmas Day (dominos was one of the few places open) and they came through regardless of how busy they were. We ordered a complicated pizza online with different toppings on the two pizza halves. I had a feeling something would go wrong and resorted to accepting whatever they made, but the pizza was absolutely perfect with no errors and was delicious! I...

So, the issues with this location are unfortunately consistent enough that we always ask ourselves if it's worth it each time we order. This IS the last time ordering from this location and since this is the location that services my home, this may be the last time I ever order Domino's Pizza. I placed my order at 8:36, tracker said it left the store at 9:01... I called the store after the tracker showed the pizza as delivered around 9:30 yet we still had no pizza. I was told that the pizza was still out for delivery and that sometimes they accidentally press delivered. I waited another 15 minutes before calling the store again. "Still out for delivery." Call again after another 15 to be told that the pizza was a failed delivery and had been BACK IN THE STORE SINCE 9:45!!! I was very hangry and asked to speak to Iris, the manager on duty. She answered in a very fake sounding sing song voice. When I explained what happened her tone changed and she said "what do you want me to do? When the weather is like this it takes an hour and a half to deliver. And I'm not just saying that to cover my ass." The time was not an issue. It was the lack of accountability and the fact that I was given the run around each time I called. At this point I asked to speak to Iris' manager. I was told that "Memo" was not in until tomorrow. I requested a call from him but surprise surprise, no call. Its been 48 hours. "Memo," if you exist, dude, get it together. I had Pizza Hut last night and they delivered quickly and accurately.
