This was the first time I had a problem there. I usually get delivery. This time I opted for curb side pick up. So sorry I did! It took so long to get my food! Ridiculous! When I asked for the manager to come speak with me, she/he did not give me the time of day! They're supposed to give you your food free if it takes over a set amount of minutes, but for some reason, I didn't qualify for this! The manager told an employee to tell me no, they can't do it. So, I asked for managers name, and corporate office phone number. Never got either one! Someone brought my food out, cold I'm sure, and played dumb when I asked, again, for names and numbers. What happened to, ' The customer's always right??!' These businesses need to start training employees with this concept again! But, in a society where we can't even discipline our children correctly, what can one expect?!! Sad!

I live right by this domino's location and order curbside pick up frequently. I am always impressed with the accuracy, speed of service, great customer service, and and overall quality that comes from the store.
