I like the taste of Domino's pizza, and sides, but they have really been dropping the ball lately. A little over a month ago, we had an order that took over an hour and a half. They automatically sent me credit for a free pizza next time. I didn't even have to complain--great. We used that free pizza on our next order, but then they messed up by sending us the wrong drinks and sides (which we paid for). I got another credit (had to file for it this time), and we just used it tonight. They sent the wrong pizza! So making up for their mistake after making up for their mistake, they still get it wrong. And it took another hour to get the pizza we ordered originally.A big, obvious problem is they don't label any of the boxes with the order, like other places do; and the receipt we got had 0 order details on it. How does anyone at any part of that process confirm the order is correct?
