Domino's Pizza in Houston

Regarding the store at 975 McKinney Street, Houston, TX... I ordered from that store once a few months ago. Saw the tracker showing my order still in prep about 45 minutes after ordering and saw the writing on the wall... my pizza would probably arrive WELL after I wanted it and probably after going to sleep. The app kept showing my estimated delivery time getting longer and longer. So I tried to call the store to cancel. I called and held numerous times for at least 30 minutes...nobody EVER answered. So I WALKED the half mile to the store and canceled my order in person.In Houston again on Feb 17, I figured I would give this store another chance. Again, saw the order in prep for a long time, tried to call but nobody ever answered. Finally saw the app show my order in the oven. Initial estimate was delivery in 62-72 minutes. It ended up being closer to 90.I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!!!!

They lose track of your order when there is less then 5 on the board and your the only customer in store so reliability isnt great , literally only a choice to feed a group and even then you might have a better time going to any other spot first.Honestly bothered I didn't check and see the 3 stars beforehand to understand

Horrible experience trying to order online from this location. Its one thing to be busy its another to say that the order is just being checked for quality WHEN IT HASN"T EVEN BEEN MADE. We waited over an hour thinking our pizza's would be delivered shortly instead they hadn't even been made and we had to make other plans last minute for lunch.Still enjoy Domino's pizza just not from this location.
