Worst experience I've had with domino's in my life! Took almost 2 hours to get delivered, staff lied about how long it would take to be here twice and the food was already almost cold. Plus, the order wasn't correct either. Do not recommend coming to this location again.

I ordered pick up from this place and mistakenly didn’t check my order. When we got home we were missing a few items so I called and asked to have the one item refunded because it was wrong. I spoke with a lady and I explained everything to her calmly she then gave the phone to what I assume to be the “manager” who told me there was no reason to refund but that he was now going to refund the whole order when I wasn’t even asking for a full refund but he totally refused to hear me out and told me I was being rude and out of line…I wasn’t by the way. My husband heard the entire thing and the guy hung up on me. My husband, who is the manager of a restaurant, called back and tried to kindly explain what he had witnessed right next to me, the guy proceeded to tell my husband he was also rude and I was rude and hung up on him as well. This guy is unprofessional and unhinged as a human being. I can’t believe this person is in a place of management. How embarrassing. He also said he blocked our numbers from the store and we would no long be able to order from there. Not a problem to us, we would not like to go to this location again knowing that this delusional employee runs it....
