Domino's Pizza in Alexandria

Took over an hour and a half to receive my order, after it sat for 45min for the driver to pick up the food. Tried calling to find out what was going on after quoted a 16-26 min delivery time and nobody answered after calling for over 30 mins.

Found a hair in my chicken after my order arrived. When I spoke with the associate they denied it was even possible saying he QA'd the order. Asked to speak to the manager who was also rude and didn't believe me. Asked if they could refund or replace the order. Said they would not do a partial replacement since I also had pizza with the order. I set the pizza and chicken aside and waited for the replacement order. When it arrived they only had the chicken. I called the store back and said that now my pizza is cold and you only provided the chicken. They continue to argue with me and we're extremely rude and basically said they did not believe that there was a hair in the food. The store manager is highly unprofessional and does not take customer service seriously at all. When I escalated to Domino's corporate they did not even refund me the value of my order. Will never order from this store again.

I been calling in to place an order for 2 thin crust pizzas for $5.99 each plus tax $13.06 for the past 2 weeks for this Domino's Pizza on South Pickett St. Today, I did the same thing and the man answered the phone was nice but don't know much about the specials. So, he asked a gentle in the background. The man responded to his question but tried to cheat me totaling the pizzas over $19 dollars. The pizzas are still $5.99 each, I don't know why it was a problem with the price today, plus it's just easier for me to call in. So I order them online for the $13.06.
