Great tasting food. Order the chicken which had great flavor. The beans were flavored with fatty portions of meat and were the best part of the meal. This is the kind of spot you go to a couple times a week and never be disappointed.

There's parking for Semi trucks that's a Plus. Food is delicious tired of truck stop food.

After picking up our friends at the El Paso airport, we stopped at Don Carbon for lunch. Two of us had the bowls, one chicken and one beef, one had a chicken breast and I had a double burger with fries. Everything was good but not great. Fast service.
