If I could give zero stars, I would! This is one of the worst Mexican restaurants in the area. The service was slow and barely came back to accommodate us. We had to go up to the waitress to ask for chips. The food was nasty. The queso was chunky. It was not even melted all the way, the food was warm, and it wasn’t even hot. My sister got sick afterward. The meat was nasty. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I wanted to schedule a birthday dinner for my husband and considered a few other "well-known" options. At one option, prices were higher and the food and drink options were smaller. At another business, I was not able to reserve a table--it was a "show up and hope for the best" scenario. I remembered Don Carlos because my husband and I had eaten there before a few years ago and really enjoyed the food and drinks. They happily reserved a table for a party of 23.
