Donkey Inn is a great place to escape rush hour traffic, which is just what we did. It has a large shaped bar for lots of bar seating. They have tables too and a separate dining/party room. We stopped in for a beer and ended up getting a pizza, and stay for the Bears NHL game.

When my mom and I first walked in we were impressed. We sat down and had to study the menu, it was so full of options. The waitress came back several times to check on us. I tried to joke with her a little bit she wasn't having it. We ordered. Food came. Looked good. Then I bit into my taco. The hamburger was so salty, I doused it with the salsa. Didn't help. It's been awhile since coming here but have to say excellent food quick service and nice prices. Nice change as of late. Restaurants are doing their best but this place above the rest. Kristin was excellent s our server.
