Only got boba and Thai iced teas but they were wonderful. Service was fast and they were very helpful with the menu.

WHAT A DISGRACE.We had called in an order at 5:00pm this evening and was told that it would be done in the next 45 minutes. My husband arrives at 5:55pm with an order number of 65.At that point, they were on order number 62, and he was told that our order would be done in 10 minutes. Time passes by - fast forward to 6:30pm, and they are now calling order number 70.My husband then approaches the individual working the front and asks what was taking so long and why they had skipped our order number. He couldn't give a legitimate reason, and he obviously didn't care enough to check on our order - all he could say was that he didn't know and that essentially order numbers don't matter. HOW DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE? Order numbers are given out for a REASON, especially when my husband was there for 40 minutes, and orders 62 to 70 came out in the correct order except for ours. Also, judging by the comment left by Alan (Ravi's post), the leadership at Doragon Ramen is obviously questionable. These are signs of a poorly managed business, and this was evident in our first experience with this place.By the way, our order consisted of two ramen bowls and two bubble teas; there were orders that were far more complex (orders 66-70) that came out before ours.(I can't wait to see what the response will be after leaving this review.)Alan (in response to your reply):According to my husband, Tara didn’t go into detail about the situation that you stated; she just reiterated that there was nothing she could do. I’m...
