Double Eagle Grill & Bar in Aberdeen

We ate at Double Eagle this weekend after much anticipation!  We heard and read SO many amazing things about this place....only to be wildly disappointed; mostly by the service. But that was enough. I only gave 3 stars because our burgers were really fantastic. Our waitress and wait was AWFUL. We didn't ask for anything special, people came in after us and left WAY before us and our waitress didn't even come to check on us. By the hour mark, the meal was ruined because we were so hungry and the waitress had zero customer service. She was slow and acted like we were a huge inconvenience. Once our food was delivered we didn't see her again until she dropped off our check....which was disappointing in itself, only because we were dying to have dessert. We weren't even offered!  I suppose it was a good thing because it took over an hour and a half just to get 2 burgers when the joint was less than half full. We so badly wanted this was sour next 'go-to'..,especially with all of the military memorabilia and knowing its veteran owned. But I can't take another experience like that...

Wow!  What a great find.  Stopped by for an early dinner and we were not disappointed.  The fish sandwich and pulled pork bbq sandwich were superb.  The fries were plentiful and the onion rings outstanding.  Great selection of craft beers and our server Alexis was great.  We look forward to our next visit.

The burgers were amazing!!! The atmosphere was cozy, didn't get a chance to try the cheesecakes but they looked super yummy! The chipotle ranch was great and my wife had the pimento cheese which was out of this world. Happy our B and B down the road recommended this
