The entire weekend was a debacle. Our reservation was not honored correctly. Our children were in a room 10 doors away. We made a noise complaint & front desk staff told the guests who we were which created a security situation. The guests attacked my daughter and I in the dining room while hotel staff just watched. Police had to be called to the scene. Police had to insist hotel staff take the threats made seriously because the other guests were local & move our rooms. Hotel staff never apologized and management never once spoke to us. Hotel staff never made an attempt to move my children near our room so I slept on their couch for piece of mind. Hotel pool was dirty, elevator disgusting and NO customer service. Staff behaved as if we were being allowed to stay & should shut up & be grateful. I would never stay there again
