Love D+D. We went there for NYE in 2019. It was an incredible start to an awful year, ha. The bartenders made each cocktail by hand and we didn't have to wait more than 30 seconds for a drink at any point. Food was above and beyond what was promised. We did it again just this past New Years for 2022. Amazing. Same level of service, same hand made cocktails, same above and beyond food. Great environment.We go for dinner all the time. Their burger is one of the best in the area, hands down. Cocktails on point. I recommended D+D (and their sister restaurant across the street) to everybody I know.

I drove up to Albany from NYC for one night and decided to walk into Dove + Deer for dinner. My first impression was that it was a neighborhood restaurant that had been around for a long time which I love.
