Not as good as it use to be. Salmon over cooked. We also ordered chicken entree and specifically asked if it had onions as my partner is allergic. They said no onions. But there was. We let the waitress know and just didn’t eat it. We were charged full price regardless. I wouldn’t recommend. Lost its touch.

We ordered takeout dinners for two last weekend, and the food was at best average (WAY TOO MUCH OIL used in preparation, as evidenced by the grease-soaked takeout containers and oily mouthfeel while eating). Another detail was also a huge miss: we had inquired about a vegetable side order listed on the menu and were told it was an "arrangement of root vegetables". Per the photo, we can't believe it left DP's kitchen. This menu item consisted of exactly 10 thin slivers of carrot and 5 green beans cut-in-half (clearly not a root vegetable). In some restaurants you might view this more as a "garnish" if included in the price of a main course. But at a separate charge of $8, this broke down to $.40 for each carrot sliver and 1/2-green bean. It was not just the cost that rankles however: they were also an oily mess with literally no taste. You would think a chef would like to encourage healthful eating for customers requesting healthy items, and take some pride in producing a side-dish to accompany their main course....very unsatisfying and surprising for an eatery with such a decent reputation......

We're trying to decide between Roux And dp an American brasserie last night for dinner . Ultimately chose dp for their creative non-alcohol cocktails and having NA. Wine on the menu which is so unusual around Albany .  Our wait staff was very nice but mixed up the cocktail order so that instead of trying two different drinks we got two of the same "Nargerita" (change that name please it's weird).  They were actually great once you got through the way way over salting of the rim. Highly recommend you try those . Next were the meals . Would have preferred more variety of non-meat items but settled on the catch of the day shrimp and arugula salad . Wanted the NA wine but although it's still on the online menu it's off the in restaurant menu. wait staff had never heard of NA wine but asked the bartender who said nope they couldn't order it anymore so it's off the menu for good . What? Th...
