I never thought I'd leave a bad review for Dragon House, but here it is. Lived here since '94 and Dragon House has always been my family's go-to Chinese restaurant. We ordered over $70 worth of take-out Thursday night. When we got back to the house, we saw that a part of the order was missing. I called and the manager said that the item had not been added to the order and that they would have it ready for me if I came back. I was a little annoyed since we had confirmed the order items before hanging up, but mistakes happen. My boyfriend went in to get the food and said the woman at the counter was rude and didn't want to give him an itemized receipt. On top of that, my boyfriend and I had food poisoning the next day (the only food we had in common was the Chinese food). I'm mostly upset that I gave a 20% tip for this whole mess.
