Perhaps someone can help me. The "old" Dragon Palace served teriyaki chicken on a stick that was a Brown color. The "new" Dragon Palace serves teriyaki chicken on a stick that is a reddish Orange color, like many other Chinese restaurants in the area. The new Dragon Palace could not tell me why the old teriyaki chicken on a stick was a Brown color and the new Dragon Palace teriyaki chicken on a stick is a reddish Orange color. So my question is: does anybody know the difference in the sauces? Also does anybody know where they serve the Brown teriyaki chicken on a stick in the Lehigh Valley area? Thank you
