I've been coming to Dragon Rouge for years. It continues to be a favorite spot for my family and friends. With their outdoor patio I feel comfortable still coming here. All the Covid protocols are in place and it is our favorite pandemic location. The staff is always friendly and their food delicious. I had the vermicelli noodle bowl this time with the DR combo which includes shrimp pork and an eggroll. It was perfect for an afternoon lunch with my fellow Toastmasters. If you need an outdoor dining location this is definitely your place. Bring a coat they'll turn on the heaters for you and you have a nice view of the estuary.

Really like this place haven't been since Covid hit but has always been good the times we've gone. Went yesterday and ordered Spring Roll, Chicken Wings and two Dungeness Crab. The Peanut sauce for the rolls was VERY thick and not a lot of flavor in them wings were the same flavorless and the crab was fried and topped with a bunch of green bell peppers and a few onions but mostly the crust remnants from the batter that it was fried in. This is a big place nicely located next to the Park Street Bridge on the Oakland Estuary (I think). There's nothing exceptional about the food, service, or prices. The dish I had was just fine. The portion cannot be called "small" but it was significantly less than "enough". I ate every morsel, every grain of rice and, four hours later, made a sandwich when I got home. I wouldn't avoid this place but, under normal circumstances, I won't return.
