There for anniversary still waiting after 5calls to complain of dinner. Bread hard as a rock hardly no dressing on salad main meal warm sauce was terrible and no sides until quite a while after which spaghetti came out in a big clump talked to Gretchen and Mary and Chris who said he would talked to someone still waiting. Spent $70 still gave $15 tip Very dissapointed. We had gone there before.

Great server. Great food. We needed a trailer to bring home our doggie bags

I went to D'Raymonds with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary last night, it was a Tuesday. We were seated about 10 minutes after our reservation and it took 15 minutes for a waiter to even arrive at out table after I asked, who I assumed was the manager as we hadn't even gotten to put in a drink order. We put in our whole order as we were concerned we might not see our waiter for another 15-20 minutes despite what looked like pretty sufficient wait staff around, but by the time he left we had also noticed that our table wasn't set. We asked a young woman that was bussing a nearby table and she got us utensils. The wait for bread after our order took surprisingly long considering it was just bread but the wait for the food was adequate. Given the major service issues the food was unquestionably incredible. We ordered the short rib ravioli appetizer, I got the Pesce Alfredo and my girlfriend got the Chicken Frangelico. It was cooked perfectly, well seasoned, tender and warm not to mention plenty for leftovers. However, when my waiter brought back my check at the end of the dinner he had to go back a second time to pick it up as he had left my credit card behind. Now make no mistake, I would go back here and give it another chance as the food was definitely the best Italian I've had in the Capital Region but it was also without a doubt the worst service I've ever had, I felt like we were invisible while we were seated.
