The customer service is ok. The manager, Ed, is very responsive.I was reluctant to have my father’s 1 year memorial celebration here, but with limited time to reserve a restaurant, several hotels denying banquet room requests due to Covid, and several more restaurants not being able to host a head count of 150, The Drying Shed was our only option.The day of the event, the room setup was decent. This is my fiance and I "go to place" I live in Southern California. And I'm in the Bay area ever 2-3 weeks. We always have dinner there everytime we are in town. Calamari is the best. Great food but a little pricey. But you get what you pay for.
